Our India’s largest telecom company is heading towards where??

After a very long time, It happened me to turn back India’s No:1 telecom company, dats wat they mentioned in their amazing bsnl website, Have you ever visited their site? If not here is…
When the moment I visited this site got shocked. Its just messed up with full of bugging flash advertisement (luckily they didn’t know about southern railways otherwise they would have been rented out some space for 3rd party advertisers also), I could find only the menu to navigate, even that got pushed back by the advertisement(look at the image) 
Then when I went to their office they said, office will be open by 10 and will start to attend the customer only after 10.30 
here another amazing thing is they asked me to come on next day to collect my receipt for what I paid on that day. beyond all that I got my broadband connection after almost 2 months of struggle 
My humble question is really that bsnl management people are not aware of this or not bothering about these crap. Shouldn’t atleast look around their competitors?
Our telecom industry is growing at skyrocket speed, Private players are crying out there for getting spectrum(heard bsnl has excessive band width), Millions of new subscribers are keep adding.. entire industry is sleepless, but I wonder how could only these people sleep like this?
They must realize the important of front-end business and customer satisfaction in order to reap the benefit of their back-end expansion and advancement in network infrastructure.
Even if it doesn’t change anything, at least some of my frustrations will be released while penning them down here.
