A much awaited campus recrutement!!, Its time to market ourselves.

Yes!! Well designed and developed products are getting ready for its sales. Our campus recruitment head molding us as a complete product with enough shining and attractive packing to market us at expensive rate:D
Buyers also just started to come down to our campus, It begins with huge buyer CTS as already they have put up their presence in our STPI Park and very thirsty to have talent pool.
I could hear the two most famous authors name at every corner of the campus, well those names are
- Sagunthala Devi for puzzle and
- RS Agarwal for Aptitude
Atlast I realized that,
- Being cool
- Very good in communication
- Moderate in technical
is well enough for campus recruitment. Nothing great they had who got placed in first company. Only very few companies are looking at curiculam record, proficiency in technology and logical skills additionally.
So my final word is who ever wants to clinch an offer in their campus has to do few home work and better they can start this ahead of one year to avoid last minute feelings.
- Should start touching above mentioned two author’s book just to get the entry pass
- Must to start improving your communication skills if you are lagging on that
- Spend some time on improving your soft skills
- Just ask these question yourself and seek the answer well ahead of facing the consequences
- Will I be tensed at interview panel?
- If yes, Ask this; Why should I so?
- If you find the valid answer, go and fill up those gaps. But in most of their case, answer is nothing. So they just want to realize this and should be cool as much as possible.
- Simply putting you in tensed yourself ends in loose at both end. Yes, You will not be in the position of giving your 100% and hence they would be in the position of loosing one member.
So be cool and grab the fruit wisely.
